Triskell Software has been included for the first time in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Adaptive Project Management and Reporting, joining 10 other representative vendors assessed in the research.
The inclusion marks a milestone for the project portfolio management (PPM) software provider as organisations increasingly seek platforms capable of connecting strategic planning and investment decisions with project and product delivery.
Gartner defines the Adaptive Project Management and Reporting (APMR) market as technologies supporting PPM functions aligned with business units such as the project management office (PMO).
These platforms are designed to support project and product delivery, resource allocation, collaboration and performance monitoring through reporting and dashboards.
“Being included in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Adaptive Project Management and Reporting represents an important milestone for Triskell,” said Angel Garcia, CEO of Triskell Software.
“Organizations need to manage increasingly complex portfolios while adapting to changing priorities, resource constraints, and different delivery methodologies. Our goal is to provide them with the flexibility and visibility required to make better decisions at every level.”
Platform supports hybrid delivery environments
Triskell’s platform combines portfolio management, financial governance, resource planning, scenario evaluation and AI-enabled analytics.
The system is designed to allow organisations to manage different delivery approaches, including waterfall, adaptive and hybrid methods, while maintaining oversight of portfolios and strategic objectives.
“Our vision has always been to help organizations connect strategic objectives with investment decisions and day-to-day execution,” Garcia said.
“By combining portfolio management, financial governance, resource planning, scenario evaluation, and AI-enabled analytics in one configurable platform, Triskell enables teams to respond to change without losing control of their strategic priorities.”
The company is positioning the platform around the changing role of PMOs and portfolio management functions, including balancing project demand against available resources and strengthening governance across increasingly complex portfolios.
APMR market moves towards strategic outcomes
The adaptive project management and reporting market is expanding beyond traditional execution and progress tracking as organisations seek closer links between projects, investment decisions and business outcomes.
This is increasing demand for platforms capable of supporting multiple delivery methodologies while providing portfolio-level information on resources, finances, priorities and performance.
Triskell’s first appearance in the Gartner Magic Quadrant follows that shift, with the company focusing its development on configurable portfolio management and AI-supported analytics.
